Decreto 63 de 1994 · Por el cual se fija el auxilio de alimentación y de transporte para los funcionarios de seguridad social

ARTICULO 2 º. Del auxilio de transporte. A partir del 1º de enero de cada año el Instituto reconocerá y pagará a los funcionarios de Seguridad Social, cuya asignación básica mensual no exceda de tres (3) veces el salario mínimo legal, un auxilio de transporte en la misma cuantía que fije el Gobierno para los empleados oficiales y trabajadores particulares. El auxilio de que trata el presente decreto no se extenderá a los funcionarios que residan en el lugar de trabajo o que reciban del Instituto el servicio de transporte.

Parágrafo

No se tendrá derecho a este auxilio cuando el funcionario se encuentre en disfrute de vacaciones, en uso de licencia o suspendido en el ejercicio del cargo.
