La condecoración otorgada mediante el presente decreto será impuesta por el Presidente de la República, doctor Juan Manuel Santos Calderón, a la Directora Ejecutiva de la Corporación Excelencia en la Justicia, doctora Gloria María Borrero Restrepo, en ceremonia solemne a la que serán invitados de honor los miembros de la junta directiva de dicha institución.
