Destínase la cantidad de trescientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 350.000.00) para la ejecución de las obras de que trata esta Ley, partidas que serán incluídas en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, quedando facultado el Gobierno para abrir los créditos extraordinarios correspondientes y dictar las demás disposiciones para su efectivo cumplimiento.
