Art. 22. Los Cónsules, Vicecónsules y Agentes Consulares de Colombia en el extranjero, expresarán precisamente, de ahora en adelante, en los oficios con que remitan al Ministerio de Hacienda documentos certificados, el número de sobordos y el número de facturas correspondientes á cada embarcación, indicando en el margen de las respectivas notas el total de cada clase de documentos. Cada 31 de Diciembre expresarán el total general de ellos en todo el año.
