Para la obtención de la visa ordinaria se requiere haber permanecido en el país de manera continua por un (1) año con visa temporal, reunir los requisitos del artículo 33, salvo los exigidos en los literales a) y c), y presentar certificado de antecedentes expedido por el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad.

Parágrafo

Se entiende por permanencia continua, para los efectos del presente Decreto, la que no haya tenido interrupción por más de tres (3) meses dentro de un mismo año, SECCION SEPTIMA VISA ORDINARIA PARA INVERSIONISTAS
