Artículo único. Los ayudantes de la Sección 5.a (provisión y expendio de especies postales) de la Dirección general de correos y Telégrafos se denominarán en lo sucesivo el uno primer ayudante del expendedor, y el otro, segundo Ayudante. El primero de estos Ayudantes tendrá la asignación mensual de cincuenta y ocho pesos ($58), y el segundo conservará la que hoy tiene. Comuníquese y publíquese.
