En la Escuela Bolivariana para varones se adelantaran los estudios que indiquen los decretos reglamentarios respectivos; pero de modo especial se atenderá a la enseñanza de la instrucción cívica, de la agricultura y de las artes y oficios compatibles con las capacidades fiscales de que se disponga al respecto.

En el establecimiento se atenderá igualmente lo relacionado con la orientación profesional.
