Art. 9°. El Poder Ejecutivo queda encargado de poner en práctica á la mayor brevedad posible, las disposiciones de esta ley y autorizado para hacer el nombramiento de Director y demás empleados que deban formar la Comision científica permanente, y para agregar á ésta hasta seis jóvenes ayudantes escogidos de entre los alumnos que hayan terminado sus estudios en la Escuela de Ciencias naturales de la Universidad nacional.
