Fecha del cierre contable. Para efectos de la contabilidad de Carbones de Colombia S. A., Carbocol S. A., se aplicará como fecha de cierre contable de la empresa en marcha e inicio de la contabilidad de la liquidación, la fecha que corresponda al cierre de mes en que el presente decreto entre en vigencia.
