Compete a los comandantes de estación y de subestación amonestar en privado

Al que en vía pública riña o amenace a otros;

2.

Al que deje vagar ganados por calles, plazas, parques, zonas de los ferrocarriles y otros lugares semejantes. CAPITULO II. De las contravenciones que dan lugar a reprensión en audiencia pública
