º. Además de los casos previstos en el artículo 28 del Decreto 359 de 1995, la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional podrá situar directamente al beneficiario final, los fondos para el cumplimiento de obligaciones de la Nación por los siguientes conceptos: 1°. Pagos que deban hacerse en desarrollo de los convenios celebrados para implantar el esquema de Plan Piloto de la Cuenta Unica Nacional. 2°. Las obligaciones derivadas de la redención de bonos pensionales.
