LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.1.3.2.5.Unidad de Valor Real o UVR.Para efectos de lo previsto en la presente sección, la Unidad de Valor Real o UVR es una unidad de cuenta que refleja el poder adquisitivo de la moneda, con base exclusivamente en la variación del índice de precios al consumidor certificada por el DANE, cuyo valor en pesos se calculará de conformidad con la metodología que establezca la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República.
