En los concursos abiertos que se realicen en las capitales de departamentos o en las áreas metropolitanas deberá, igualmente, ampliarse el plazo para las inscripciones en los términos del artículo anterior cuando sólo uno de los inscritos reúna los requisitos. Si vencido el nuevo plazo no se presentan más aspirantes, el concurso se realizará con la única persona admitida.
