° El reconocimiento se hará abriendo y examinando, de los bultos cuyo contenido no haya sido manifestado como de café sin película, los que la Aduana juzgue conveniente para impedir que el café pase como si fuera otra mercadería, ó como si tuviera película el que esté sin ella; y verificando el peso de todos los bultos de café.
