° Los administradores de Hacienda de los lugares en donde circule la moneda de plata procederán á contar las especies venales, con intervención del empleado que debe visitar la oficina, y adaptarán el papel sellado que tengan para el expendio con una razón de su nuevo valor, puesto con tinta de otro color y firmada por ellos.
