Reconocimiento De La Personería Jurídica

Reconocimiento de la personería jurídica. Cumplido lo anterior, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional dentro del mes siguiente, expedirá la resolución de reconocimiento de personería jurídica.

Una vez ejecutoriado dicho acto, el solicitante protocolizará mediante escritura pública, fotocopias autenticadas del acta de constitución, de los estatutos, del acta inicial de recibo de aportes y del certificado de depósito a término a que se refiere el artículo anterior.
