Los Fondos Ganaderos no podrán readquirir sus propias acciones salvo cuando se trate de prevenir pérdidas de deudas contraídas de buena fé. En todo caso dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la readquisición deberán proceder a enajenarlas o a disminuir por su valor nominal.
