Destinase la cantidad de tres mil pesos ($ 3,000) para la erección de un busto del prócer Juan de Dios de Aranzazu en la ciudad que lleva su nombre en el Departamento de Caldas con ocasión de su septuagésimoquinto aniversario. Esta cantidad será entregada por conducto de la Administración de Hacienda Nacional de Manizales al Concejo Municipal de Aránzazu.
