Encargar del 27 al 30 de diciembre de 2011, de las funciones del Despacho del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público al doctor Rodrigo de Jesús Suescún Melo, identificado con cédula de ciudadanía número 19311284, Viceministro Técnico del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público mientras el titular se encuentra en permiso remunerado y vacaciones, y al doctor Germán Arce Zapata, identificado con cédula de ciudadanía número 14895296 Viceministro General del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público del 31 de diciembre de 2011 al 20 de enero de 2012, mientras el titular permanece en vacaciones".
