° El Ministro de Instrucción Pública, de acuerdo con el Inspector general del mismo Ramo, dictará un reglamento para dar cumplimiento á todo lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 97 del presente año, y señalará el personal del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública que deba desempeñar las funciones señaladas y hacer las visitas á los diversos establecimientos que no hicieren el Ministro de Instrucción, el Inspector general y el Subsecretario del Ministerio. Comuníquese y publíquese.
