Recursos en audiencia . Contra las decisiones que se adopten en el curso de las audiencias, sólo procederá el recurso de reposición, que deberá proponerse verbalmente en la audiencia en que se dicten y se resolverán allí mismo, una vez oídas las partes presentes. En este caso, las alegaciones de las partes no podrán exceder de diez (10) minutos. No obstante serán susceptibles de apelación los autos o pronunciamientos que decidan incidentes de nulidad y la recusación del Capitán de Puerto.
