Créanse a favor del Fondo Nacional de Adquisiciones y Bienestar Social Campesino, los siguientes recursos financieros:

a)

Una sobre-tasa anual del diez por ciento (10%) al impuesto sobre los patrimonios que sean o excedan de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00) líquidos.

b)

Una sobre-tasa del cinco por ciento (5%) sobre el impuesto de masa global o hereditaria, asignaciones y donaciones.

c)

Un cinco por ciento de los ingresos ordinarios anuales del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria.

d)

El veinte por ciento (20%) del producto de la renta presuntiva.
