El Ministro de Educación Nacional procederá a editar en la Imprenta Nacional la obra crítica, literaria e histórica de Fernando de la Vega, previa una selección acordada entre el autor y el Gobierno de esas producciones, para ser distribuidas a las Universidades y colegios y a las bibliotecas públicas. El número de ejemplares que se publique se fijará directamente por el Gobierno.
