Artículo único. Condónase al señor Miguel Buenaventura la suma de ciento treinta y un mil doce pesos con seis centavos ($ 131,012-06), que le fue deducida como alcance total en examen de sus cuentas como responsable de la Administración de Hacienda Nacional de Ibagué, durante los años de 1911 a 1920.

Parágrafo

Devuélvase al señor Julio Restrepo A., Jefe de la Oficina Telegráfica de Manizales, la suma de seiscientos treinta y dos pesos trece centavos ($ 632-13), que le fue sustraída de la Oficina a su cargo en la noche del incendio ocurrido en aquella ciudad en los días 3 y 4 de julio de 1925, cantidad que él reintegró al Tesoro Nacional.
