Colocación individual. Cuando se haya depositado la totalidad o parte de una emisión en un depósito centralizado de valores, se deberá indicar tal circunstancia en el aviso de oferta. Cuando el adquiriente desee recibir el título físico, la entidad emisora, o quien haga sus veces, expedirá el respectivo documento y lo comunicará al depósito centralizado de valores para que este último proceda a hacer la anotación correspondiente.
