Peticiones conjuntas. Cuando dos o más usuarios de los servicios domiciliarios se vean afectados en la prestación de éstos por una misma causa, podrán ejercer e interponer conjuntamente las peticiones, reclamos, quejas y recursos de que trata la Ley 142 de 1994. Para estos efectos podrán actuar directamente o por intermedio del representante que ellos designen.
