Art. 84. Los Maestros formarán mensualmente una lista o cuadro de asistencia á la escuela y la enviarán el último de cada mes al Inspector provincial, con un breve informe sobre la marcha de ella. Estas listas é informes servirán al Inspector provincial de base para el que ellos deben pasarle, mensualmente también, al Secretario de Instrucción Pública del Departamento.
