º. Asignación básica mensual . A partir del 1º de enero de 2024, la asignación básica mensual de los servidores públicos de la Rama Judicial y de la Justicia Penal Militar será la señalada para su grado, de acuerdo con la siguiente escala: Grado Asignación Mensual 1 - 2 1.300.000 3 1.387.246 4 1.501.565 5 1.703.521 6 1.857.688 7 1.965.055 8 2.145.378 9 2.236.150 10 2.365.336 11 2.515.491 Grado Asignación Mensual 12 2.596.561 13 2.654.743 14 2.774.571 15 3.184.362 16 3.492.611 17 4.063.177 18 4.213.779 19 4.504.619 20 4.594.949 21 5.241.794 22 5.723.474

Parágrafo

Ningún empleado quien se aplique el presente decreto tendrá una asignación básica mensual inferior a la correspondiente al grado 02.
