Suspensión provisional de la autorización o habilitación. Es una medida cautelar que se adopta excepcionalmente dentro de un proceso sancionatorio, cuando exista prueba fehaciente de la existencia de los hechos que constituyen una infracción que da lugar a la cancelación de la autorización o habilitación.De la medida de suspensión provisional se tomará nota en la dependencia que concedió la autorización o habilitación, así como en el Registro Único Tributario.
