Article 13

Si En Un Establecimiento Se Vendieren Bebidas Embriagantes Y Cualesquiera Otra Clase De Artículos, El Propietario Estará Obligado A Prestar Una Fianza De Veinte A Quinientos Pesos ($ 20 A $ 500), Según La Importancia Del Establecimiento, Mediante La Cual Se Comprometa Cumplir Las Anteriores Disposiciones; Y Si Por Cualquier Motivo Las Infringiere, Se Hará Efectiva La Fianza, Sin Perjuicio De La Multa De Que Habla El Parágrafo Del Artículo Anterior

Si en un establecimiento se vendieren bebidas embriagantes y cualesquiera otra clase de artículos, el propietario estará obligado a prestar una fianza de veinte a quinientos pesos ($ 20 a $ 500), según la importancia del establecimiento, mediante la cual se comprometa cumplir las anteriores disposiciones; y si por cualquier motivo las infringiere, se hará efectiva la fianza, sin perjuicio de la multa de que habla el

del artículo anterior.

Parágrafo

En caso de reincidencia en las violaciones el establecimiento mixto será cerrado en los días en que quedan prohibidos el consumo y expendio de las bebidas embriagantes.
