° Dentro de los veinte días siguientes a la fecha en que se haga la publicación ordenada en el artículo anterior, cualquier ciudadano podrá impugnar la presentación de un trabajo, en cuyo caso el Presidente de la Sociedad Colombiana de Ingenieros dispondrá que se presenten las pruebas que se estimen pertinentes, informará a la Sociedad y esta decidirá sobre la aceptación de tal candidatura.
