La Escuela Judicial será responsable de la realización de los concursos, de acuerdo con las siguientes reglas
Los concursantes deberán identificarse legalmente, para evitar suplantaciones;
Se implantará un control estricto de las pruebas, con el fin de evitar la pérdida o divulgación del respectivo material;
Las pruebas deberán contener instrucciones precisas y ser administradas correctamente;
