Para determinar el número de estaciones de radiodifusión sonora en Amplitud Modulada (A.M.) y Frecuencia Modulada (F.M.), que puede autorizar el Ministerio de Comunicaciones en un municipio o distrito, dentro de cada modalidad, se restará al total de los habitantes de la respectiva localidad, el número de habitantes que corresponda alas estaciones autorizadas en ella.
