Prohibiciones . Los químicos farmacéuticos en el ejercicio de su profesión les está prohibido

Utilizar o permitir la utilización de sus conocimientos profesionales para el desarrollo de actividades ilícitas o que atenten contra la salud.

Realizar actividades que contravengan la ley y los reglamentos vigentes.

Omitir o retardar el cumplimiento de las actividades profesionales.

Solicitar o aceptar prebendas o beneficios indebidos.

Las demás que señalen la ley y los reglamentos. (Artículo 10 del Decreto 1945 de 1996)
