Inscripción catastral. El catastro de los predios elaborado por formación o por actualización de la formación y los cambios individuales que sobrevengan en la conservación catastral, se inscribirán en los registros catastrales en la fecha de la resolución que lo ordena. Las autoridades catastrales, a solicitud de los propietarios o poseedores, certificarán sobre la inscripción catastral del predio, indicando la fecha de la vigencia fiscal de avalúo.
