Con sede en Pereira, integrado por dos Magistrados y con el personal y asignaciones iguales a los de su clase y jurisdicción en todo el Departamento, créase el Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Risaralda.

Parágrafo

: Este organismo tendrá el mismo personal subalterno e igual remuneración que los de su clase.
