Naturaleza Jurídica . La Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones, establecimiento público creado mediante la Ley 82 de 1912 , se transforma en virtud de la presente Ley en Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado del Orden Nacional, con personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y patrimonio independiente, y en consecuencia su régimen presupuestal y de personal, será el de las Entidades Públicas de esta clase. Estará vinculada al Ministerio de Comunicaciones y la composición de su Junta Directiva será la que señala la presente Ley.
