º. Las grabaciones en películas o cintas fonópticas o de vídeo de los programas a que se refiere el presente Decreto deberán ser entregadas a la Dirección del Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión por lo menos veinticuatro (24) horas antes de aquella en que deban ser transmitidas. A solicitud de los candidatos, el Instituto prestará los servicios de producción y grabación de dichos programas.
