La parte que prosiga el arbitraje conociendo que no se ha cumplido alguna disposición de la presente sección de la que las partes puedan apartarse o algún requisito del acuerdo de arbitraje y no exprese su objeción a tal incumplimiento tan pronto sea posible o, si se prevé un plazo para hacerlo, dentro de este, no podrá formular objeción alguna posteriormente.
