En el presupuesto de la vigencia de 1960 se incluirán una partida destinada al cumplimiento oportuno de las disposiciones de la presente ley. En caso de que no se hiciere así, autorizase al gobierno para que, con cargo al presupuesto del ministerio de educación, haga los traslados correspondientes.
