Las Facultades de Pedagogía que funcionan en el país deberán ceñirse en sus planes de estudio, programas mínimos y requisitos de admisión a los que rigen para las Universidades Pedagógicas de Tunja y Bogotá. Dichos estudios deberán realizarse en un período mínimo de cuatro (4) años.
