Admisión de estudiantes. En los cuatro primeros años de la educación básica secundaria, los INEM aceptarán estudiantes procedentes de otros planteles de educación. El Ministerio fijará los requisitos sobre nivelación de cursos e intensidades horarias. En los años quinto y sexto, los INEM recibirán estudiantes procedentes de los institutos técnicos agrícolas, de los institutos industriales, y en el área académica los que proceden de las normales o del bachillerato clásico.
