Suprímase el ordinal 12 del artículo 15 de la Ley 170 de 1896 . en consecuencia, el señor Juez que conozca del respectivo juicio de sucesión es el único que puede librar orden de pago por la vía ejecutiva, en los términos y tiempo que expresa el articulo 262 de la Ley 105 de 1890 .
