ARTICULO 3.5.2.3.- MARCO LEGAL. El depósito central de valores que administre el Banco de la República se someterá a las normas que rijan este tipo de depósitos. La junta directiva del Banco de la República podrá dictar las demás disposiciones que sean necesarias para desarrollar el mandato contenido en el artículo anterior.
