Siempre que se considere necesario para el esclarecimiento de los hechos, el funcionario hará levantar el plano del lugar en que se haya cometido la infracción, retratar a las personas o cosas que hayan sido objeto de ella y llevar a los autos el diseño de los efectos e instrumentos con que se hubiere perpetrado.
