Mientras se aprueban los estatutos y reglamentos generales de la Caja, y se organiza ésta, de conformidad con lo ordenado en el presente Decreto, continuará funcionando en la misma forma y todos los negocios se seguirán tramitando en la forma como se han venido atendiendo en cuanto ello fuere compatible. El Consejo Directivo actual, mientras se elige la Junta Directiva, tendrá las funciones de ésta.
