El Presidente de la República podrá delegar en el Comité Nacional de Paz las siguientes funciones legales:
Las contempladas en el artículo 14, literales a), b) y c) de la Ley 104 de 1993 , prorrogada, modificada y adicionada por la Ley 241 de 1995 ;
La contemplada en el artículo 17 de esta ley.
