Las prestaciones de que tratan la Secciones cuarta, quinta, sexta y séptima de este Decreto quedarán a cargo de la Caja de Previsión Social de los Empleados Civiles de lasa Fuerzas Militares y su reconocimiento y órdenes de pago se harán por resoluciones de la Junta Directiva aprobadas por el Ministerio de Guerra y sujetas al procedimiento y recursos de que trata la Ley 167 de 1941.
