Tendrán Derecho A La Participación De Utilidades De La Empresa Únicamente Los Trabajadores Cuyo Contrato De Trabajo Haya Comprendido La Totalidad Del Período Financiero A Que Tales Utilidades Se Refieren

°. Tendrán derecho a la participación de utilidades de la empresa únicamente los trabajadores cuyo contrato de trabajo haya comprendido la totalidad del período financiero a que tales utilidades se refieren.

Parágrafo

El trabajador, que se retirase o fuere despedido antes de cerrarse el período financiero, tendrá derecho, siempre que hubiere estado por más de seis (6) meses al servicio de la empresa, a una participación proporcional al tiempo del servicio prestado, salvo si hubiere sido retirado por falta grave o justa causa.
