Art. 1º Los documentos expresados en los incisos 3º, 4º,5º, 12 y 15 del artículo 3º del decreto del Gobierno Ejecutivo, de 5 de Agosto de 1886, sobre papel sellado y timbre nacional, sólo se extenderán en papel sellado de primera clase, cuando su valor exceda de cien pesos ($100), sin pasar de trescientos pesos ($300).

Lo dispuesto en este artículo no comprende los instrumentos públicos á que se refiere el inciso 4º del artículo 3º del decreto ejecutivo que se reforma.
